UK: 9–15 days
(In rare cases, up to 30 days)

Rest of the world: 14–30 days
(In rare cases, up to 40 days)

Please allow 3–5 working days for order processing before dispatch.

We currently ship to the following locations:

UK, USA, Ireland, parts of Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, UAE, Singapore, Mexico, Argentina, Puerto Rico, Slovakia, Malaysia, Kuwait, Hong Kong, Chile, Austria, and Gibraltar.

Please note: due to changing EU VAT regulations, customers in most European countries may be required to pay import VAT or local charges upon delivery.

Returns Policy

Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery for a full refund if:

  • The incorrect size was supplied

  • There is a printing error

  • The item is damaged on arrival

For incorrectly ordered items, if the kit relates to a popular team or player (e.g. top 6 Premier League teams or leading teams in major divisions) and can reasonably be resold, we may offer an exchange or arrange for the item to be shipped to another customer.

As we do not have a permanent base in the UK, standard returns are not offered due to the high cost of international return shipping.

Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed after a valid return tracking number has been provided. Returned items will be sent to a UK address.

Items damaged due to incorrect washing or ironing cannot be refunded. Please refer to our Product Care page for proper washing and handling instructions.

To request a return, log in to your account, view the order under “Completed Orders” in the My Account menu, and select “Return Item(s)”. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
