Christmas Delivery Guide & Returns

So with Christmas around the corner please find our updated delivery time to help ensure your Christmas kits will arrive in time. With the added issue  of Covid19 we will see some extra delays for sure, so please see our guidelines below of delivery time and outcomes if your goods don't arrive.

Most orders do get back without problems but we do seem to find odd days when post has higher volume that goods then do become delayed

Due to that we have created a Christmas ordering Guide to help customers understand the chances and risks when ordering, please understand we cannot offer any money refunds for orders that don’t arrive on time but will be happy to Offer a Resend or Store Credit  which can be used anytime should the item not arrive within the time frames below.

Returns Policy

You may return items as a result of our error, i.e wrong size, error in print, damaged, etc within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs.

 

We will also except exchanges on items as long as the kit is plain or the name and number print is of a popular player.

You should expect to receive your refund once a tracking number to us has been submitted and returns will go to a UK address.

 

If a item has been damaged via washing or ironing we can not refund so please check our product care page.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
